Back flow preventers

· One (1) Back flow preventer c/w explosion panel on the 48”Ø pipe on the intake side before each of the bag-houses. This is to prevent any possibility of explosions and debris re-entering the building thru the ducting.

Hi-Speed Abort Gates

Four (4) Clarke’s CP-45 Hi-Speed Abort Gates including the following:

· Limit switch indicator for aborted position.

· Hi-Speed abort gate actuates in approximately 500 milliseconds with loaded torsion spring and gravity assist.

· Heavy duty welded construction.

· Magna-Latch Actuator requiring 110 Volt AC input power source.

· Powered Reset Function.

· Inlet and outlet transitions flanged and co-flanged for 48” Duct.

· Weather hood.

· Gray primer with a finish coat of safety yellow enamel.

Radial Blade Fan

· Two (2) model 95 RB, arrangement 60,000cfm @ 15.5” s.p. 769 rpm, BHP 248.83

· Flanged inlet and outlet- standard on all sizes

· Precision balancing- all RB wheels are statically and dynamically balanced before final assembly.
